Now Hiring: Temp Receptionists

Pay Range: $18–$23/hour (depending on role and experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (varies by client)

Our firm is actively recruiting Temp Receptionists for multiple clients across a variety of industries. These are onsite , front-desk roles ideal for candidates who are professional, personable, and ready to jump into fast-paced office environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet visitors and manage front desk activity
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage calendars, conference rooms, and incoming mail
• Provide general administrative support to staff and departments
• Maintain a professional and welcoming office presence

What We Look For:

• Prior receptionist or front desk experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and phone/email systems
• Reliable, punctual, and polished presentation
• Flexible and able to adapt to different office cultures
