Job Description

RE/MAX, LLC is seeking a tech-savvy, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Onboarding Adoption Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will guide new franchise owners through the first year of their onboarding process, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, systems, and knowledge needed to succeed. Acting as the primary liaison between new franchisees and various RE/MAX departments, you will deliver a seamless onboarding experience while focusing on compliance, operations, and integrating the latest technology and tools into their business operations.

A critical part of this position involves maintaining strict adherence to compliance standards, policies, timelines, and franchise agreements throughout the onboarding process.

The ideal candidate will also possess strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping franchisees leverage technology to drive growth and success in the competitive real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Coordination: Manage and own the end-to-end onboarding process for new RE/MAX franchise owners, ensuring compliance with company standards, timelines, and operational readiness.
  • Act as the primary liaison between franchisees and internal departments to streamline their onboarding experience.
  • Technology Integration: Provide hands-on training and support for RE/MAX's technology platforms, including CRM systems, marketing tools, transaction management software, etc.
  • Training Facilitation: Conduct comprehensive sales, orientation, and training sessions, focusing on operational systems, business best practices, brand standards, compliance, and digital tools.
  • Relationship Building: Serve as the main point of contact for all new franchisees, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their onboarding journey is successful.
  • Resource Management: Equip franchise owners with access to RE/MAX tools, marketing resources, and technology platforms, ensuring full functionality and understanding.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to refine onboarding processes and enhance the franchisee experience.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure franchise agreements, and related documentation are complete, accurate, and compliant with RE/MAX policies.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Address franchisee concerns related to operational or technological challenges, providing timely resolutions or connecting them with the appropriate departments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, regional, marketing, and training teams to a seamless customer experience

This role may require up to 20% travel consisting of overnight and multi-night stays

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in franchise operations, consulting, or onboarding.
  • Experience in the real estate or franchising industry preferred.
  • Proven expertise in implementing and supporting technology platforms for business operations.
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and franchise agreement compliance processes.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and project management software.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate technology platforms, such as CRM systems, transaction management tools, and data analytics software.
  • Ability to train others on the use of software and troubleshoot common technology issues.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack).
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM for daily documentation

Hire Range/Rate:

$58,000 - $75,000/annually

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
