We’re currently looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Kerrville. If you love keeping things in order, thrive in a startup-style environment, and aren’t afraid to wear a few hats—this might be your perfect gig.

 

What You’ll Do

Office & Admin Support

  • Keep communication flowing—manage incoming calls, emails, and mail

  • Route inquiries to the right team (e.g., M&A, Community, Ops)

  • Maintain our Kerrville office—manage supplies, vendors, and scheduling

Light Bookkeeping

  • Help with basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks: invoicing, expense tracking, reconciliation

  • Work with our external accountant to keep records clean and up to date

  • Track billing details, vendor payments, and account changes

Operations & Events

  • Help plan team celebrations, birthdays, and company events

  • Manage logistics for conferences, speaking gigs, and travel

  • Assist with special projects and legacy data migration from Bison Business to Dealonomy

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of admin, bookkeeping, or operations experience

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and CRM tools like Hubspot would be a plus

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Friendly, professional communicator who can juggle multiple tasks with ease

  • A self-starter who takes initiative and loves creating order out of chaos

  • Comfortable in a small team and a fast-changing environment
