Title: Lead Consultant, Mechanical Engineer
Location: Waukesha, WI (Onsite)

Job Description:
CT engineering team is seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to assist the team in Installed Base engineering including effective assessment and investigation of field (customer), factory and supplier issues.
Job Description:
• Investigate incoming field, factory or supplier issues, including part failures, assembly or component-level issues, part obsolecense issues, improvement opportunities, and cost reduction proposals
• Assess, evaluate and respond to assigned Supplier Change Requests (SCR) with appropriate urgency to ensure no supplier or manufacturing downtime
• Own and present thorough and rigorous Engineering Change Requests in compliance with Genpact HealthCare Work Instructions
• Drive the development of prototypes, performance testing and design documentation as needed
• Drive operational excellence of assigned designs, projects and rigor, with duties including design, project reviews, feasibility analysis, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, resourcing, initiation, execution and closure
• Assist with meeting global regulations related material compliance as well as Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives
Tools/Technologies
• Knowledge of standard drafting practices, product structuring, mechanical modeling and drawing practices, and engineering analysis techniques.
• Experience with Genpact HealthCare design tools: Creo/Windchill, Ansys, MyWorkshop
• Working knowledge of mechanical fabrication technologies
• Basic understanding/exposure to electrical engineering and design constraints related to electronics and electrical packaging
• Excellent documentation skills
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years relevant experience
