Required:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
    \n
  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
  • \n
  • Possess a two (2) year Technical Degree in a maintenance field (completed and verified prior to start) OR a minimum of two (2) years of maintenance work experience
  • \n
  • Possess a current and valid Driver's License
  • \n
  • Ability to work overtime and ability to work rotating shifts (First and Second)
  • \n

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Possess a two (2) year technical degree and five (5) years of industrial maintenance experience in a private, public, government, or military environment completed and verified prior to start.

  • Welding certificate from an accredited institution
  • \n
  • Related experience in a heavy industrial environment
  • \n
  • Ability to work independently or with teams
  • \n
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • \n

Pay & Benefits:
  • The starting rate of pay for this position is $35.01. This range represents a good-faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences, and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
