About the Role

The Trader will join the Cross Asset Electronic Trading (XAET) team, focusing on systematic trading across multiple asset classes in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Execute transactions using electronic trading protocols, ensuring best execution and risk management.
Develop and enhance understanding of investment philosophies and strategies of Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts.
Analyze and disseminate market information and trade ideas to identify actionable investment opportunities.
Maintain expertise in market structure and technology-based solutions.
Establish relationships with trading counterparties.
Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies and mitigate risk.
Collaborate with Traders, Trading Research and Analytics, and Trading Technology teams.

Qualifications

Prior experience in systematic trading using electronic protocols.
Knowledge of various trading platforms and tools is a plus.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive in learning about market structure and industry solutions.
Project management and strong organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Technical mindset with experience in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++.
Bachelor’s degree required; additional business, financial, or technology degrees are a plus.

Salary Range: USD 65,000 - 150,000
