About Data Analytics (DA)

Data Analytics is one of the highest growth practices within Evalueserve, providing you rewarding career opportunities. Established in 2014, the global DA team extends beyond 1000+ (and growing) data science professionals across data engineering, business intelligence, digital marketing, advanced analytics, technology, and product engineering. Our more tenured teammates, some of whom have been with Evalueserve since it started more than 20 years ago, have enjoyed leadership opportunities in different regions of the world across our seven business lines.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve

• Manage complex, data-driven projects and ensure seamless integration of generative AI applications.
• Deliver data assets and BI/analytics dashboards, maintaining a customer-focused approach to develop impactful strategies and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to align technical and business objectives.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions leveraging AI technologies for enhanced customer experiences and optimized marketing efforts.
• Expertise in handling large customer datasets.
• Perform sophisticated analyses and extract actionable insights to drive customer-centric decisions.
• Proficiency in implementing generative AI technologies for, efficiency, productivity & business performance
• Automation and optimize marketing efforts.
• Strong understanding of software development, data architecture, and machine learning algorithms.
• Effectively collaborate with engineering and data science teams.
• Ability to align product development with business goals.
• Anticipate trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Effective in articulating product vision.
• Write detailed specifications and present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both technical aspects and market needs, developing innovative solutions that leverage AI technologies to enhance customer and business outcomes.
• This individual will play a crucial role in productizing data services, with a particular focus on customer and marketing data Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and data analytics, with a focus on marketing analytics needed.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Power BI, and Tableau.
