Job Posting Title Sr Analyst - RPA UiPath System Analyst - Remote Job Description As a Sr. Systems Analyst - RPA UiPath, you will be responsible for utilizing various delivery methodologies employed by Prime and assisting in the communication interface between IT and the business community. Your role involves investigating, identifying, and documenting business application requirements and technical solutions based on applicable technologies within Prime, either for enhancing existing applications or developing new ones. You will also provide guidance and work direction to less senior members of the Systems Analyst IT team. Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders and conduct assessments to identify automation potential in business processes. Perform process analysis and create relevant documentation such as the Process Definition Document. Define business requirements and test case scenarios for automated processes. Partner with the Solution Architect to create implementation plans. Work with Automation Developers and Test Engineers during workflow testing and deployment, and create knowledge transfer documentation. UiPath RPA Knowledge And Automation Skills Understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and business automation. Knowledge of UiPath Automation Implementation Methodology. Familiarity with UiPath Platform's Discover pillar: Automation Hub, Task Mining, Process Mining, Communications Mining, Insights. Basic knowledge of UiPath automation tools and concepts: UiPath Studio, ReFramework, queues, dispatcher-performer, UI automation, API automation. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required. Experience with relevant domain and supporting key business applications. At least 5 years of experience in system requirements or supporting business applications. Proven leadership experience and ability to provide work direction. Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Additional Qualifications Leadership and mentoring skills within a team environment. Strong communication skills (written, technical, verbal). Ability to receive work directions from leadership. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop decision criteria and perform unbiased technology comparisons. Preferred Qualifications Experience with regulatory compliance environments (HIPAA, PCI, etc.). Experience in the healthcare or PBM industry. Understanding security implications related to the domain. Interest in management and leadership roles. Physical Demands Ability to travel up to 5%. Regularly sit, handle, talk, and hear. Frequently reach with hands and arms. Occasionally stand, walk, and stoop. Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception. All employees must adhere to security responsibilities, legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
