This Surgery Scheduler Position Features:
• Room For Growth
• Great Work Environment
• Great Pay to $27/hr

Immediate need for an experienced Surgery Scheduler at this world-renowned medical organization. In this position you will assist physicians with the following duties:

-Schedule surgical procedures, pre and post op appointments
-Track prior authorization and authorizations
-Coordinate pre-operative testing including labs, imagining and other testing
-Update patient charts and demographics
-Collect necessary signatures
-Give pre-surgery instructions
-Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
2+ years of prior surgery scheduling experience required
2+ years of prior insurance authorization experience required
Recent experience with an EMR system required (Epic preferred)
