Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for corporate and property-level operations.
  • Serve as a finance partner to key departments including operations, development, sales & marketing, and HR.
  • Analyze financial results and performance metrics, providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly business review decks for executive leadership and ownership groups.
  • Build and enhance financial models to support investment decisions, pricing strategy, labor planning, and cost optimization efforts.
  • Consolidate and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across business units to monitor trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support M&A analysis, capital planning, and new property development feasibility studies as needed.
  • Drive process improvements and automation in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting systems.
  • Manage and mentor junior analysts or FP&A team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus).
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Hospitality, real estate, or multi-unit industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP/forecasting systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, TM1).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executive leadership.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
