WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and user-focused Salesforce Usability Consultant with a strong background in UI/UX design to support our clients. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure environments, is highly adaptable, and excels at simplifying complex processes into intuitive user experiences. A collaborative team player with a sharp eye for design and deep Salesforce expertise will be a perfect fit for this role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Reporting to our Resource Manager, as a Full-Time Specialist on our team, you will work hybrid 3 days a week from our office in Washington, DC to drive improvements in user experience across our Salesforce implementation. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and end users to analyze requirements and design seamless, efficient, and visually compelling workflows. You will utilize tools like Lucidchart to visualize system flows and guide design decisions that optimize user interaction with Salesforce.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active Public Trust Clearance is required or US Citizenship with eligibility to obtain Public Trust Clearance
  • Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in enterprise applications
  • Proven experience working within Salesforce environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom apps)
  • At least one Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, UX Designer, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency with Lucidchart or similar diagramming tools
  • Experience working in complex, high-demand environments with challenging stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and accessibility best practices

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate and improve the usability of Salesforce interfaces and workflows
  • Translate business requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Use Lucidchart to document and communicate business processes and solution designs
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure implementation aligns with design intent
  • Provide thought leadership and best practices around Salesforce usability and UX
  • Assist in training and onboarding users to enhance adoption and satisfaction
  • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and navigate complex stakeholder expectations
