You'll support our partner's sales team and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth billing, payments, and operational systems. This role involves driving efficiency and automating processes, ensuring accuracy in accounts receivable, and providing actionable insights to the management team. What you'll do: Support the sales team and partners: Oversee the offline (Enterprise) revenue processes, ensuring smooth QTC experiences and excellent customer interactions. Month-end close management: Manage activities related to accounts receivable with a focus on internal controls and timely completion of month-end close. Billing & payment processing: Handle customer payments, refunds, credit memos, and chargebacks, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately. Project management and collaboration: Act as the point person for internal project intake, managing requirements and coordinating with teams to meet business needs. Data analysis & reporting: Compile and analyze QTC data, generating regular reports, key metrics, and actionable insights for management and stakeholders. System improvement: Work with internal teams to design and implement system enhancements, ensuring that billing and payment systems are efficient and scalable. Customer support: Provide clear, effective responses to customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of any issues or concerns. What makes you ideal: Experience in Revenue Operations: You bring 3-5 years of experience in quote-to-cash or similar finance roles, with a passion for optimizing billing and payment systems. Strong analytical skills: You have excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to provide actionable insights from data analysis. Project management expertise: You can lead and manage system design projects, ensuring timely and effective implementation in collaboration with various teams. Detail-oriented & proactive: Your focus on internal controls and efficiency ensures that processes are not only accurate but also optimized for scalability.
