Contract Recruiter – High-Volume Production Hiring

📍 Location: Milwaukee, WI (on-site)

📆 Duration: 3 to 4 month contract

💵 Pay: $30–$34/hour (W2)

We're is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume production hiring . This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level or early-career recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys full-cycle recruiting focused on assembly and manufacturing roles.

🔧 What You'll Do:

• Conduct 20+ phone interviews per week for production/assembly roles
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle , from sourcing to offer
• Build strong rapport with candidates and hiring managers
• Collaborate closely with the internal HR and production teams
• Maintain clear, organized candidate pipelines and reports

✅ Ideal Candidate Has:

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Previous experience with manufacturing or hourly production recruiting
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in a high-volume setting
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Comfort with a temporary contract role (no guarantee of direct hire)
