Insight Global is seeking a Medical Receptionist for a clinic in Saint George, Utah.
The Medical Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role involves managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and supporting the administrative functions of the clinic. Working hours are M-F, 9am-3pm. Key Responsibilities: - Greet patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor - Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly - Schedule and confirm patient appointments - Assist patients with registration and check-in processes
Required Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Customer service experience in a medical setting/environment - Experience using electronic medical record systems
Compensation :
$15-$16hr USD.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
