Our client, a dynamic player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be part of the Shipping Department supporting the logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Location: Coxsackie, NY

Pay Range: $18.70 per hour

What's the Job?

• Sort and prepare shipments of office supplies for delivery.
• Unload packages from the UPS line/trailer and utilize the RTF scanner as needed.
• Break down pallets and sort merchandise for inventory management.
• Prepare outgoing shipments while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Temp - perm based on attendance and performance.

What's Needed?

• Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving or packing; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs individually and up to 150 lbs with team assistance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in warm environments, particularly in trailers.
• Must wear work boots - standard or safety toe.
