Optical Cable Corporation, a leader in the Fiber Optic Field, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Control department supporting the overall mission of excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Experienced Quality Inspector

Location: Swannanoa, NC

Pay Range: $17.00

What's the Job?

• Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform routine audits of processes and systems to enhance quality assurance practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.

What's Needed?

• Must have 2-3 years of Experience
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
