We're looking for a Public Relations Account Coordinator to join our collaborative team of PR pros, social strategists, and creative thinkers. As a PR Account Coordinator, you’ll support day-to-day execution of earned media strategies, assist in building buzzworthy press materials, manage media relations, and contribute to reports that showcase real results. You’ll also have the chance to learn across other areas like social, paid, and owned media—growing into a well-rounded communications professional.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Craft press releases, client talking points, case studies, and newsletter content that gets noticed.
  • Support media outreach and influencer engagement at local and national levels.
  • Coordinate media hits and provide onsite support at client events.
  • Use monitoring tools to track media coverage and analyze PR performance.
  • Research current events and industry trends to develop fresh, creative story ideas.
  • Work closely with internal teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute campaigns.
  • Help bring big ideas to life—thinking creatively about how clients can stand out.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in PR, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills (bonus if you’re AP Style-savvy).
  • Understanding of media outreach tactics—bonus if you’ve pitched reporters before!
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for creative storytelling.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

🌟 Bonus Points For:

  • Spanish-language proficiency.
  • Experience with media tools like Cision, Trendkite, TVEyes, etc.
  • Familiarity working with influencers or talent.
