Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking a Project Manager - Renewable Energy - Remote to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. We have a 3 month project in need of a PM to help close it out. Depending on performance, to be hired directly by the contractor after the 3 month project is done. We are looking for someone with previous experience, this is not an entry level role. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Qualifications: 2 to 4 years experience in construction management - renewable energy .
