Job Description

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to led in the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives that support operations, utilizing a blend of Agile and traditional project management methodologies, including full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects, from initiation through closure, while coordinating internal teams and external vendors to meet defined goals and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of technology projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across departments and teams.
• Facilitate meetings, tracked milestones, and monitored timelines and deliverables.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Support the development and maintenance of project documentation.
• Assist with vendor coordination and managed third-party involvement when needed.
• Help ensure projects met quality standards, budget expectations, and deadlines.
• Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating meetings, resolving conflicts, and keeping projects on track.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal departments, executive sponsors, and external vendors.
