Position: - Production Supervisor

Location: - Lexington, TN

Full Time

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inspects products to verify conformance to specification and directs setup and adjustments of machines.
• Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
• Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
• Establishes or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipments to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
• Supervise line operators and maintain a safe, orderly department.
• Responsible for meeting production schedules.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Ensure necessary chemical additions are made as determined by Process Control Manager.
• Performs activities of workers supervised.
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
