HEB Wellness Primary Care was founded over a decade ago with the mission of improving the health of our Partners (employees) and helping all patients achieve their healthiest life possible. We proudly serve all Texans in over 13 outpatient clinics, ages 12 and up. Our Primary Care Physicians specialize in caring for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of their patients and families. They are focused on delivering a holistic, patient-centered experience, diagnosing and addressing a wide range of health concerns. Our physicians act as the quarterback of care with a team-based approach, coordinating with specialists and healthcare providers for comprehensive treatment.

As a Physician, you'll work with an integrated health team to provide evidence-based care, develop, and implement patient care management plans. Our care model limits daily volume to allow quality care, supporting clinical and leadership growth, and enabling providers to practice at the peak of their license.

We are looking for:

• An MD / DO degree from an accredited Medical School
• Board certification or eligibility in family or internal medicine
• Current, active license to practice in Texas
• Unrestricted DEA license
• Potential for supervision of APPs
