Our fast-growing d2c tech/wellness client is looking for a full-time Growth/Performance Copywriter to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Write high-converting ad copy for Meta, TikTok, Google, and more
• Craft email marketing campaigns and flows that engage and convert
• Optimize landing page and website copy to drive performance
• Collaborate closely with our Growth Lead and cross-functional teams
• Test and iterate quickly based on real performance data
• Be a crucial part of a fast-moving team that values creative thinking
• Own your results and your performance
• Have a direct impact on revenue and user growth

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• 2–4 years of full-time experience writing for DTC performance channels in a fast-paced, growth-minded team
• Strong understanding of DTC, consumer apps, and paid acquisition
• A knack for short-form, direct-response copy that converts
• The ability to write clear, clever, and conversion-oriented messaging
• Comfortable analyzing performance and tweaking copy to improve results
• Experience scripting for UGC video ads
• A self-starter with a desire to win – someone who is exceptionally comfortable with ambiguity and solving complex problems
• High level of individual ownership and personal accountability, with a mindset of getting things done and driving process forward without supervision
