Nurse Manager - ICU/Cath Lab at Presbyterian Healthcare Services summary:

The Nurse Manager for the ICU/Cath Lab assists the Department Director in planning, directing, and coordinating clinical, operational, financial, and personnel activities. They provide leadership for critical care areas, ensuring high standards of patient care and departmental performance. This full-time role requires nursing licensure, preferably a BSN degree, and focuses on improving community health through effective management and collaboration.

Qualifications:

-Licensure: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Graduate Nurse Permit required
-Degree from accredited academic nursing program (If a program is under conditional status, approval may be granted by system CNO)

-Minimum ADN preparation with expectation of BSN completion within 3 years of hire
