Linamar, a leading manufacturing entity, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Arden, NC

Pay Range: $18.00

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing or machine operation environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
