A-Line Staffing is now hiring Operator 2, Machine in Sparks, MD.
The Operator 2, Machine would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40+ hours per week.

Operator 2, Machine Compensation

• The pay for this position is $18.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Operator 2, Machine Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM or Tuesday – Friday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• This location is not accessible by public transit

Operator 2, Machine Responsibilities

• Perform routine production tasks such as filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision
• Operate in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards
• Maintain accurate records and logs related to production activities
• Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety and quality standards
• Support team goals and contribute to a collaborative work environment
• Make effective decisions within defined procedures and instructions
• Rotate between different production tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Operator 2, Machine Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of experience working with raw materials in a manufacturing environment (this is not a warehouse position)
• Basic skills in performing routine tasks and following prescribed procedures
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend specifications in English
• Able to perform basic math calculations
• Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Willingness to take on varied tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment
• Familiarity with GMP and ISO9000 standards
