Job Description

  • Conduct initial consultations with clients to determine their needs and goals
  • Create and implement individualized coaching plans based on client's goals and objectives
  • Provide ongoing support and accountability to clients through coaching sessions and follow-up communication
  • Use various coaching techniques and tools to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their desired outcomes
  • Monitor and track client progress, and make necessary adjustments to coaching plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest coaching methodologies and techniques
  • Collaborate with other coaches and team members to support clients' overall well-being and success
  • Uphold the integrity and values of Lakepoint Wichita in all interactions with clients and colleagues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
  • Certified Life Coach with a minimum of 3 years of coaching experience
  • Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in goal setting, action planning, and follow-up support
  • Understanding of different coaching techniques and ability to apply them effectively
  • Strong knowledge of personal growth and development principles
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with clients
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passionate about helping others reach their full potential
