As we expand across the U.S., we are seeking a dedicated Ice Cream & Candy Maker to join our production team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL.

Position Summary:
This full-time role is responsible for producing, packaging, and maintaining inventory of Pecan Jacks’ handmade ice cream and confections. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment where attention to detail and consistency are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce ice cream, candy, chocolates, waffle cones, and related items according to company recipes and procedures

• Package products using approved methods and maintain proper inventory levels

• Follow FIFO practices for storing and rotating products and ingredients

• Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen and production spaces

• Monitor product quality and report issues or waste

• Assist with ingredient ordering and tracking

• Lead or assist with training new kitchen team members

• Adhere to all food safety and health department regulations

• Work evenings and weekends during peak seasons as needed

Qualifications:

• Culinary or pastry school graduates encouraged to apply

• Proven kitchen or food production experience required

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management

• Ability to follow recipes with accuracy and maintain consistency

• Ability to lift and move products and ingredients as needed

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
