Job Brief
The Agency Inc. is looking for a skilled Maintenance worker for 5 locations to perform upkeep tasks and basic cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and ensuring tidy and functional facilities. Transportation Provided.

Responsibilities
Perform cleaning activities such as organizing storage buildings and moving office files.
Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling wall gaps, etc.
Yard upkeep, planting flowers, mulching, Pulling weeds, etc
Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
Check functionality of safety systems (e.g., fire alarm)
Servicing and cleaning company cars
Courier delivering supplies to office locations
Requirements and skills
Experience using hand and electrical tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina and dexterity
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have valid Drivers License
Good Maintenance Workers have an eye for detail. They pay attention to the little cleaning tasks that make a location shine. They are also willing to take initiative when needed, like fixing things that need repair before they become a significant concern.
Permanent staff position Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm Health, Life, Dental Ins Paid, Holidays and Vacation.
