Full Stack Engineer - Node.js / React / PostgreSQL

We are currently partnered with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the construction tech space is looking for an experienced and driven Full-Stack Software Engineer to join its core engineering team. This is a high-impact role focused on building out key platform features and infrastructure as the company scales across North America.

This is a permanent opportunity working in office in San Francisco. - WFH of up to 2 days per week is available.

Key Responsibilities for this Full Stack Engineer position:

• Design, build, and launch new features and products, both independently and collaboratively.
• Maintain and improve production systems with a focus on security, scalability, performance, and observability.
• Contribute to and review technical documentation, architectural plans, and code standards.
• Evolve engineering processes and tooling to enhance development velocity and reliability.
• Actively contribute to building a strong team culture and mentoring others.

Key Requirements:

• 3–6+ years of software engineering experience in a fast-paced product environment.
• Proven ability to take ownership of features and systems from concept to deployment.
• Strong sense of software craftsmanship and quality, with a bias for simplicity and maintainability.
• Effective communicator and team player with a proactive mindset.
• Experience with Node.js, React, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
