Full Stack Engineer - Node.js / React / PostgreSQL

We are currently partnered with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the construction tech space is looking for an experienced and driven Full-Stack Software Engineer to join its core engineering team. This is a high-impact role focused on building out key platform features and infrastructure as the company scales across North America.

This is a permanent opportunity working in office in San Francisco. - WFH of up to 2 days per week is available.

Key Responsibilities for this Full Stack Engineer position:

Design, build, and launch new features and products, both independently and collaboratively.
Maintain and improve production systems with a focus on security, scalability, performance, and observability.
Contribute to and review technical documentation, architectural plans, and code standards.
Evolve engineering processes and tooling to enhance development velocity and reliability.
Actively contribute to building a strong team culture and mentoring others.

Key Requirements:

3–6+ years of software engineering experience in a fast-paced product environment.
Proven ability to take ownership of features and systems from concept to deployment.
Strong sense of software craftsmanship and quality, with a bias for simplicity and maintainability.
Effective communicator and team player with a proactive mindset.
Experience with Node.js, React, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
