Join to apply for the Franchise Business Consultant-AZ role at Nekter Juice Bar Summary The Franchise Business Consultant is responsible for leading both company and franchise new store openings (NSO’s) throughout the country. When not involved with NSO’s, the FBC supports operations including company rollouts, Certified Training Manager development, and quarterly Operations Audits. The FBC acts as a bridge between Nekter Juice Bar and our franchise community, providing leadership, influence, and expertise to foster partnerships with franchisees. The role includes advising, coaching, and assisting franchise owners to improve sales, profits, and standards, leveraging relationships to meet company goals. Responsibilities Lead training for New Store Openings, including pre-opening setup, training, and post-opening support. Perform site checks for the Real Estate team as needed. Partner with franchisees to develop business plans to optimize operations, marketing, training, and HR. Maintain knowledge of key business metrics for assigned franchisees and analyze issues and opportunities. Ensure franchisee compliance with SOPs, Operations Audits, and Mystery Shops; develop corrective action plans. Provide leadership by fostering enthusiasm, positivity, and commitment to company goals. Assist in creating new tools and materials with Training, Development, and Operations teams. Understand and communicate the benefits of new programs to franchisees, influencing their buy-in and adoption. Share best practices and support franchisees in implementing them. Collaborate across departments on Nékter initiatives. Remain resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment, maintaining standards and regional goals. Represent the Nékter brand professionally, upholding core values. Qualifications Minimum 5 years in a field operations leadership role within the food service or multi-unit retail industry. ServSafe or equivalent training, or other required compliance certifications. Proven results in influencing decisions and negotiating effectively. Experience consulting with and influencing business owners; strong business acumen. Ability to plan, prioritize, and achieve objectives. Effective communication and presentation skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel up to 90% during peak times.
