Description
Midwestern multi-franchise family owned automotive group has an immediate opening for an experienced Ford General Manager.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership's operations and driving its overall performance.
If you have managed a high-performing Ford dealership with high CSI, customer and employee retention and market share, you should apply for this position which includes a buy-in opportunity for a successful operator.

Qualifications:
-Five years or greater experience as a successful Ford General Manager or Ford General Sales Manager
-Factory approvable
-Strong leadership skills
-Financial statement and factory reporting analysis
-Proven track record of setting and achieving goals
-Outstanding communication and organizational skills
-Professional appearance and strong work ethic and ethics
