• Manage multiple electrical construction projects ranging from $100K to $10M.
• Read specifications and drawings to determine construction requirements and/or plan procedures and produce submittals.
• Estimate and prepare budgets including schedule of values for AIA documents.
• Obtain permits required for each project.
• Assist with scheduling labor based on ongoing projects and requirements of the projects.
• Attend project meetings with all parties, including but not limited to owners, general contractors, etc.
• Prepare change orders within Timberline software.
• Estimate and issue P.O.s on material, equipment, and other supplies within our software.
• Manage work progress to ensure jobs are on schedule.
• Create positive relationships with clients and vendors.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Timberline Project Management and ProCore software preferred.
