Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Bring a proven crew of electrical professionals to support successful project execution.
• Leverage existing client relationships to secure new projects and drive customer satisfaction.
• Manage materials, labor, and subcontractors to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor project costs, prepare forecasts, and maintain profitability.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
• Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents across multiple sectors.
• Identify project challenges and implement proactive solutions.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Foreman in commercial/industrial electrical construction.
• A network of clients and the ability to bring new business opportunities to S&W.
• Proven success in managing crews and leading multi-site projects.
• Strong understanding of NEC, local electrical codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Suite, and estimating software (preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
