Job Overview:
As an Education Intern at Dolce & Gabbana Beauty, you will support the Training Department in coordinating and executing key education initiatives across the Americas. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn about training operations in the beauty and luxury industry, including logistics, event planning, data tracking, and communication with internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, analytical, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Support & Coordination:
• Assist with the preparation of training materials and tools.
• Support the organization of logistics for training sessions (e.g., catering, transportation, venue setup).
• Help with inventory checks and coordination for training products and tools.
• Support the organization and tracking of education materials across markets and training events.
Gratis & Shipping Support:
• Assist in processing and tracking product shipments for trainings and events.
• Help manage internal requests related to product allocation for trainings.
Data & Reporting:
• Support the team in collecting training participation data and sales results.
• Assist in maintaining and updating training trackers and databases.
• Analyze training-related data to identify key metrics and performance insights.
LMS Platform Support:
• Learn to navigate the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Help upload content and track course engagement across the region.
Project Support:
• Contribute to ongoing training projects and campaigns.
• Assist in coordination with global and regional teams.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage, analyze, and interpret data.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
