POSITION SUMMARY

The Corporate Project Manager will act as a single point of accountability, working on challenging and impactful projects while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Collaborate with the COO to develop, implement, and run strategic initiatives that advance Elmington's mission; developing detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Responsible for all aspects of multiple projects with moderate to high complexity; oversee internal organization within Dropbox and PM software
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and budget allocations/constraints effectively to various stakeholders. Deliver effective executive-level communication and build trusted adviser relationships with stakeholders
  • Author/facilitate strategic documents such as project charters and communication plans
  • Identify potential obstacles, implement mitigation strategies, and adjust plans as needed to ensure smooth execution
  • Exemplify a strong commitment to stakeholder relationships by proactively communicating and dynamically driving the identification and management of cross-project dependencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback, refine messaging and visuals, and ensure marketing content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and effectively communicates desired outcomes
  • Exhibit a passion for standardization and continuous improvement efforts by optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of consistency and excellence across all projects
  • Manage vendor partnerships; negotiate and deliver favorable outcomes; identify opportunities to create additional value
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Proficiency in project management software (Monday.com, Notion, Asana, Basecamp, etc.)
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Frequently sit, stand and walk
  • Regularly required to talk or hear
  • Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls
  • Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
  • Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Less than 10% travel is required.
