Major violations include: reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident. No more than three moving violations in the past three years. Moving violations include, but are not limited to the following: excessive speed, failure to yield, illegal lane change, careless driving, following too closely, etc. NO HABITUAL VIOLATORS! Habitual violators are defined as having more than eight moving violations in the past five years. No current restrictions on driving privileges.
