• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicle system including engines, transmission, HVAC, electrical, and drivability issues
• Utilize factory scan tools and diagnostic equipment to acurately identify vehicle concerns
• Independently complete complex repair orders efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision
• Conduct comprehensive multi-point inspections and clearly communicate findings and repair recommendations
• Collaborate with service advisors and parts departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
• Stay current with manufacturer updates, TSBs, and continuing education/certification programs
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety in the shop
• Mentor junior technicians and help foster a team-oriented work environment
• Follow all manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations, including proper hazardous material handling

Qualifications – Automotive Service Technician:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a professional automotive technician; B or A-level experience strongly preferred
• Manufacturer certifications or ASE certifications highly preferred
• Experience with Nissan, Toyota, or Hyundai vehicles is a big plus
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues independently
• Proficient with OEM diagnostic systems and service software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills; values collaboration and mentoring
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; trade school certification or associate degree in automotive technology is a plus
