Job Summary The Associate Director / Senior Manager, Business Development will identify strategic opportunities to expand the company's pipeline and capabilities. The role involves close collaboration with Research, Clinical, Commercial, Legal, and Finance teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute partnering strategies for product candidates and platform technologies, including target identification, outreach, negotiation, and alliance management. Work with internal stakeholders and advisors to execute transactions that create value. Attend industry conferences to meet prospective partners and stay updated on industry trends. Create business development communication materials and present to potential collaborators. Provide strategic, financial, and data-driven recommendations on licensing opportunities and present findings internally. Coordinate due diligence activities and oversee existing alliances and governance committees. Communicate recommendations effectively and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications Senior Manager, Business Development Bachelor’s degree, preferably in biology or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in biotech, pharma, or healthcare consulting At least 1 year of hands-on experience in licensing deals Associate Director, Business Development Bachelor’s degree, preferably in biology or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in biotech, pharma, or healthcare consulting At least 2 years of hands-on experience in licensing deals Desired Skills and Knowledge Understanding of drug discovery and development processes Strong scientific, communication, and analytical skills Knowledge of antibody therapeutics Ability to work tactically and strategically Experience with financial modeling and deal structuring Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Additional Information The annual salary ranges from $153,300 to $233,800 for Senior Manager and $159,000 to $242,500 for Associate Director.
