Ensure that all tasks are tracked in JIRA/Kanban boards and progress is accurately reflected. Maintain and update squad process metrics and artifacts for clear communication with stakeholders. Drive collaboration and transparency across teams by reinforcing Agile norms and accountability. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve strategic portfolio planning. Enhance clarity in Agile execution through JIRA Align and other Agile tools.
