Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Part-time ; Mandarin)
Location: Baldwin Park, CA (Fully Onsite)
Schedule: Part-time Tuesday-Thursday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Dress Code: Business Casual
Duration: 5-Month Contract (Possibility of Extension)
Pay: $25-35/hour, based on experience
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented
Accounts Payable Specialist fluent in Mandarin (read, write, and speak) for a 5-month contract role in Baldwin Park, with potential for extension. This is a fully onsite position in a business casual environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle AP and be comfortable communicating in Mandarin, as some tasks require invoice preparation and scheduling with Chinese-speaking vendors.
Responsibilities: - Prepare invoices and payment schedules in Mandarin
- Accurately enter inventory adjustments into the system
- Assist with full-cycle accounts payable functions, including matching, coding, and processing invoices
- Maintain organized financial records and support month-end closing
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments in accordance with company policies
Requirements: - Fluency in Mandarin (read, write, speak) is required
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable; full-cycle AP experience strongly preferred
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work onsite in Baldwin Park during stated hours
Pay Details: $23.00 to $35.00 per hour
